Shipping to Spain Peninsula and Balearic Islands
The transport of the pinball machines is free for the Spanish Peninsula and the Balearic Islands. And it is carried out by national transport companies.
Transportation includes delivery of the machine at the door of the address provided. In no case is the person responsible for its transportation obliged to deliver the machine to the home, office, garage, warehouse…
Machine mounting is not included.
The delivery time for Spain Peninsula is usually 48-72h after receipt of payment and order preparation.
In the case of deliveries outside that location, reception may be delayed, as well as by circumstances beyond Cocamatic Pinball.

Returns

All Stern Pinball, Inc. machines have been carefully assembled, checked and tested before packing. In any anomalous situation it is necessary to contact Cocamatic Pinball immediately to proceed with the resolution of the problem.
In the event that the received machine is damaged, it is necessary to take a photo of the damage, not accept the shipment and contact Cocamatic Pinball within 48 hours to manage the claim.

In the event that upon receiving the machine, and once it is unpacked, it had any damage, please contact Cocamatic Pinball immediately to report the issue so that an eventual return of the machine is evaluated. Cocamatic Pinball would arrange the return and bear all the return costs.

Warranty

All machines are shipped perfectly packed with all security guarantees as long as the handling is correct.

All new machines have a 2 year warranty on all electronic parts.

This guarantee does not apply to elements such as rubbers, microphones, plastics, coils, light bulbs, LEDs… as they are considered consumable parts.
